Made renovation

Starting at Made, I began with strengthening a very loose brand manual then off to execute new digital/physical assets for a 3 month marketing strategy. My team included a head of growth and a senior editor where we strategized, built, deployed, collect data and repeated our process across multiple channels.

We achieved amazing results Increasing revenue by 2x in 3 months. By launching and scaling a newly diversified portfolio of growth marketing channels, including Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Google, direct mail, and radio.

Aside from digital & print media, I built & strengthened how the brand is used, own all projects from start to finish, maintain the asset library & oversee photographers from; SF, LA & OC.

As clients fall into the sales funnel, some convert to final projects and some fall off. Working along side the construction team and editorial we created a physical/digital DIY Construction Best Practices piece to help better inform clients on the realities of managing projects on their own or what to look out for with a general contractor.

While in transition of a social media manager, I created our Instagram Highlight stories for our followers based off our content from the Made marketing site. This helped our social followers that have discovered us through our partner accounts, client posts or self discovery towards our sales funnel.

With teams rapidly growing and asks for quick turn arounds, I built templates within Figma & Sketch allowing internal & external teams to make adjustments without sacrificing the visual system.

MADE PROPER

Made was missing SCO opportunities and education around home renovations. David and I built a blog calendar, scheduled the content along side marketing assets and I built the platform from Squarespace.
