I’ve had the pleasure of designing BallerTV’s assets ranging from email marketing, paid ads & event collateral–digital/print. Baller’s Lead Product Designer-Eddie Montenegro & Head of Marketing-Anh Cao wanted to shift gears into a brand overhaul.

Manager by Eddie, we worked towards creating a new look & feel that supports Ballers defined users. Illustrations replaced the need for live action video/photos and give Baller a stronger brand consistency through their channels.

Design Probe Packet

Eddie (lead product) noticed BallerTV lacked empathy towards its contractors and wanted to establish a strong understanding of their needs. His method was to create a design probe to engage with the contractors and collect useful information based off of their Baller duties at events.

I designed an interactive print packet to keep users engaged and curious in order for the contractors to complete each of the forms. To keep the production in house and cost effect–I designed the multi-sized packet to print from 8.5x11 & 11x17 paper, unique fold techniques, and off the shelf binding clips. The goal was to produce 20 packets and have 20 participants to send them back. All packets were returned and fully completed.
